The Short Version

We collect only what we need to process your order and deliver your files. We do not sell your data. We do not run invasive tracking. We keep things simple.

What We Collect

When you make a purchase

• Email address (to send your download link, or your business plan)
• Payment information (processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay details)
• Purchase history (which products you bought and when)

When you buy the Premium Business Plan

• The business details you type into the order form (your idea, your market, your budget, and anything else you tell us). We use them to write your plan, and they are sent to our AI provider for that purpose.
• The finished plan itself. We store it so we can email it to you and send it again if you lose it or ask for another copy.
• A copy of your plan is emailed to the founder, Scott, so he can read it before it goes to you. That review is part of what you are buying.
• Your plan and the details behind it are kept for as long as we need them to support your purchase, so that we can re-send your plan and answer questions about it. Email [email protected] at any time and we will delete them.

Automatically

• Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), standard for any website and retained for 90 days

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel
• We use Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may set cookies to attribute website visits to ad clicks. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
• We do not run retargeting ads
• We do not sell or share your email with third parties
• We do not set tracking cookies beyond what is essential for the site to function

Third-Party Services (Data Processors)

• Stripe, processes payments. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase, database and authentication. Their privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy
• Resend, sends transactional emails (your download link). Their privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Cloudflare, hosts our website and workers. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Anthropic, helps write your Premium Business Plan and powers the help chat. Inputs are sent via API and not used for model training. Their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy
• Telegram, carries our internal operational alerts. When something needs our attention on an order, an alert is sent to us through Telegram, and some of those alerts include the email address you used and your order number. Their privacy policy: telegram.org/privacy

How We Use Your Data

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Purchase data (email, payment, order history), necessary to fulfil your order and deliver your files.
• Your Premium Business Plan and the details you gave us to write it, necessary to prepare the plan, have it reviewed by the founder, email it to you, and send it again if you need another copy.
• Email addresses you give us on the site, to keep you informed about relevant products. Email [email protected] at any time and we will remove you. Emails about an order you have placed (your receipt, your download link, your plan) are part of the purchase, not marketing, and are sent whether or not you are on any list.
• Analytics and server logs, to understand site usage and maintain security.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know, request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
• Right to delete, request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to opt out of sale, we do not sell your personal information. You do not need to opt out.
• Right to non-discrimination, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Your Choices

Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information (subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting).
• Stop sending you marketing email. Email [email protected] and we will remove you.

To make any of these requests, email [email protected] and we will respond within 45 days.

Data Retention

• Purchase records, retained for 7 years after the transaction date, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Analytics and server logs, retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Premium Business Plans and the business details behind them, kept for as long as we need them to support your purchase, so that we can re-send your plan and answer questions about it. Email [email protected] and we will delete them.
• Marketing leads (email addresses given to us on the site), retained until you ask us to remove you. Email [email protected] and we will delete you from the list.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
